Great experience! I found this company through an online search of “Washington Nationals Birthday delivery”. I couldn’t be with my father due to Covid so I wanted to send him something fun for his Birthday. The Cupcake Delivers have these fun Nationals cupcakes and I was able to add some nice Birthday balloons. They delivered on his Birthday and he loved it! He said the presentation was amazing and the cupcakes were delicious. Thanks so much for making his Birthday special!

Fantastic discovery and I can recommend very easily! They have fast and friendly customer service via online chat on their website (preferred) and have been great on the phone as well of course. They offer so many options it is hard to choose! I am thousands of miles away from Fairfax and I have been able to send many attractive and delicious fresh baked goods to my family over several holidays and special events the past year - the made me a (remote) superstar! I searched online to send my daughter some Birthday love from Texas . These cupcakes looked great online and the company had great reviews . They were delivered on time with a handwritten note attached (my note, but handwritten) instead of a computer printed note . She loved the cupcakes and was thrilled to get an assortment . Her favorite so far, Pink Lemonade . I will likely use them again !

An amazing experience! I live in Washington State and looked for a bakery in VA that would deliver treats to my son for his birthday. I chatted online with Jayden who saw my order through. My son is blind. At my request, she called him to let him know the variety of delicious treats I had ordered for him! He said the cupcakes were wonderful! Moist and flavorful!

I did an order by internet and immediately I got the answer on my email. The customer service is excellent, I made a little mistake on my Complementary Gift Message and when I told them, they help me to change it. Every time that I contacted them, they were always kind. The Dozen of Best Cupcakes were delivered on time and the different option of payment on their website are very convenient. I really recommend "The Cupcake Delivers" and I would definitely choose them again =)

This place is great!! I ordered a dozen for same day delivery and they were delivered on time, in great shape and they tasted delicious! The service I got was fantastic. They were able to text me (not something they typically do) when the cupcakes were dropped off at the location so i really appreciate them going above and beyond. Thank you to Rob and the Delivery Person who drove to Amazon Web Services twice to ensure my delivery made it to my son (a birthday surprise). The first time Cupcake Delivers arrived, the delivery was refused because the receptionist could not contact find/reach my son (who was in a meeting). After Rob was unsuccessful in reaching me b/c I, too, was in meetings all morning; Rob's perseverance paid off. He spoke to my son, and off the cupcakes went to Amazon. Huge THANK YOU for their patience in making this delivery happen!!!Highly recommend !

I found this bakery when we first moved to VA 4 years ago and have been hooked every since. They are friendly and open/accommodating to request (one year my daughter wanted a cupcake cake arranged in the shape of the Simpsons Donut). The cakes are moist and delicious too! They are my go to bakery when I dont want to do it myself!

My husband was having a high stress time and I thought sending him some surprise cupcakes would help a bit. I called for a same day delivery and they put together a "build your own" dozen for me (which they said they usually don't do for same day orders, but could arrange it) and dropped it off within a few hours. It did the trick - husband and his department got a spirit lift and I'm pretty sure he's going to be dreaming of the oreo icing for days. Thanks!
